Technical Sessions

WEFTEC 2023 will include more than 125 technical sessions where you can learn from water quality experts. Sessions include both traditional classroom formats and interactive styles. These sessions are evaluated and chosen using a highly rigorous abstract review process.

These sessions are included with registration for all except Expo Only. Download a PDF of technical sessions.

Learning Exchanges

WEFTEC 2023 will offer 12 Learning Exchanges. These less formal meetups provide attendees with opportunities to share their expertise and perspective about trending themes, technologies, and topics in the water sector with small peer groups in a roundtable format.

Technology Spotlights

To date, WEFTEC 2023 has 10 Technology Spotlights scheduled. Formerly called Mobile Sessions, these sessions begin in the exhibition and include curated groups of companies sharing their premier product and service solutions for your current challenges. Often these sessions also tour the exhibition to visit selected companies.

Company Demonstrations

With more than 800 exhibitors, WEFTEC is the place to find the latest technology and equipment you need. Exhibitors are on hand to demonstrate their products and services and help you solve your challenges.

Be sure to take advantage of Exhibition Power Hours on Monday and Tuesday to explore all of the solutions available.

Continuing Education Units

Each year WEF seeks approval for continuing education (CE) credits on a national level for eligible WEFTEC sessions and workshops. Additional general contact hours (GCH) credits are available for time spent in the exhibition.

Each licensing board maintains its own policies and procedures.
