Welcoming Media to WEFTEC 2026!
As North America’s largest annual water conference and exhibition, WEFTEC brings together water professionals, industry leaders, innovators, and decision-makers from around the world. We invite journalists, editors, producers, and other media professionals to register for press access and stay connected to the latest developments shaping the future of water.
Accredited media will be invited to utilize the WEFTEC Press Room, new for 2026. The space will feature Wi-Fi, device charging stations, refreshments, and opportunities to connect with exhibitors, subject matter experts, and fellow media professionals. Whether you’re reporting on industry trends, covering key announcements, or developing feature stories, we’re committed to supporting your work throughout the event.

Press Credentials
Press credentials include access comparable to an “Expo Only” registration, including admission to the Exhibition and keynote events such as the Opening General Session.
Please note that press credentials do not include access to Workshops or Technical Sessions. If you are looking to cover those sessions, you will need to work with WEF staff to gain permissions ahead of the event.
Marketing, Advertising, & PR Camera Policy
To help maintain a productive experience for exhibitors and attendees, marketing, advertising, and public relations representatives may photograph or record content within their own exhibit space.
Photography, video, or audio recording in other exhibitor spaces or throughout the exhibition requires advance authorization from WEF.
Exhibitor Press Releases
WEF provides exhibitors with the opportunity to share press releases through the WEFTEC Online Planner and mobile app, making announcements easily accessible to attendees and media.
Exhibitors may submit press releases through the Exhibitor Resource Center.
