Rooms specifically for university students and academics are available at the DoubleTree Magnificent Mile at US$228.00/night (exclusive of occupancy taxes and fees) until August 11 or until they sell-out, whichever occurs first. Rooms with either one King bed or two Double beds are available. This hotel is within the famed Magnificent Mile, Chicago’s premier shopping & dining district, and a short walk from the Chicago River Riverwalk, Navy Pier, and Lake Michigan.

Credit Card Requirement: a credit card is required to hold a reservation but pre-payment is not needed. Hotels may charge a deposit equal to one night’s room and tax on or after September 8, 2023.
Confirmations: individual reservations are immediately confirmed by email. Confirmations are issued from the address weftecsupport@cmrus.com. Add “@cmrus.com” to your organization's domain whitelist to ensure receipt of WEFTEC Housing’s email communications.

Reservations at the negotiated WEFTEC rates can only be made through CMR. WEF does not authorize or endorse any other housing service or independent broker. For your own protection, do not make reservations through any other housing or travel company. Neither WEF nor CMR can assist you with reservation problems if you book through another agency.
