WEFTEC 2023 Booth Personnel Registration information.
Booth space must be assigned before you can register for badges, download the attendee list or order lead retrieval.
The Primary Contacts for booths will receive an email with login information approximately one week after receiving their booth confirmation.
The Primary Contact is responsible for managing badge registration for their company’s booth personnel. Primary Contacts are not automatically registed as booth personnel but must be added in order to receive a badge.
Register your Exhibit Booth Personnel
- Log in to the Exhibitor Dashboard to access the Maritz Global Events(MGE) Exhibitor Badge Registration Portal.
- Enter provided Exhibitor ID and Password (sent to the Primary Contact via email)
- Select the tile that says "Exhibitor Registration" to:
- Register Booth Personnel
- Download Attendee Lists
- Order Lead Retrieval
Badge Allotment and Cost
Exhibiting companies are allocated four (4) complimentary booth personnel registrations per 100 square feet of booth space. Exhibitors may use their free badge allotment for booth personnel only. Additional booth personnel registrations above the complimentary badge allottment are available for a fee:
- Before Spetember 1: $135 per registrant
- On/after September 2: $145 per registrant
Exhibitor badges allows admittance to the exhibit hall during Move-In/Out and during the Conference hours. Exhibitor registration includes: Technical Sessions, Conference Proceedings (papers available to download after WEFTEC), Continuing Education Credit, Exhibition, Exhibit Hall Networking Reception, Learning Exchanges, Main Stage events and presentations in the exhibit hall theaters. Workshops and Networking Events are optional at cost.
Onsite Badge Pickup
Onsite Badge Pickup is available at the convention center and three satellite locations for those that have registered and paid in advance. Exhibitors must bring their confirmation email to the conference to scan the barcode from their smartphone or tablet.

WEFTEC badges are required to gain entry into exhibition areas and education programs. To avoid confusion and inconvenience, everyone must pickup their own name badge. Badge sharing, or trading and badge reprints are strictly prohibited. Onsite reprint charges will apply for missing badges.
To have your badges shipped, you must select UPS or FedEx, provide an account number to apply shipping charges and register your booth personnel, before September 1, 2023. Badges will not be automatically shipped unless you select the ship delivery preference by the deadline. An additional $25 processing fee will be charged when you register your booth personnel.
All badges will be mailed out in mid-September. We offer a 2-business day shipping option. Cost depends on the size of your order.
Once badges are mailed, it is the responsibility of the Primary Contact to distribute them to the appropriate booth personnel before they arrive at the conference. Onsite reprint charges will apply for missing badges.
Effective September 2, badges are no longer eligible for shipping and must be picked up onsite.
Badge Cancellation/Refund Policy
Paid badge cancellations must be received in writing and sent to Maritz Global Events.
- Cancellation requests received by August 4, 2023 will receive a FULL refund.
- WEF will charge a 25% cancellation fee for cancellation requests received by August 5, 2023 through September 1, 2023.
- NO refunds will be issued for cancellations requested after September 1, 2023. Rather than cancelling, consider sending a substitute.
