Booth/editorial staff should register in the onsite press room to receive the same privileges as non-exhibiting media.

Editorial Meetings
Editorial meetings may be held in the onsite press room during regular operational hours. Privacy is not guaranteed.

Exhibitor Events
Exhibitor events must be held during regular exhibition floor hours or during the private demo hours. Events must not block/impede the hallway or neighboring booths. See the exhibition manual for details.

Materials may be dropped off in-person only during regular onsite press room hours. Please limit the number of copies to 25.
