If you would like to request an invitation letter from the Water Environment Federation for your visa application, you must first register for the WEFTEC 2018 conference. Once you have registered online, you may request your invitation letter at the end of your registration session or you may submit a written request to email@example.com.
We strongly encourage you to make your request before August 31, 2018.

No. Substitutions are welcomed without penalty. Written substitution must be submitted by the original registrant by August 31, 2018 in order to be processed before WEFTEC 2018. Substitutions needed after August 31 must be done onsite. Partial substitutions are not allowed. Registrants must transfer their entire registration to a new person, not just a portion.
WEF accepts the following forms of payment:
- WEF can accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards payments
- WEF can accept company, personal and travelers checks payable in US dollars, to the Water Environment Federation
- Cash is accepted onsite only.
- Purchase Order/Wire Transfer: WEF charges a $25 non-refundable application fee per registrant to process a purchase order or wire transfer. (Not accepted onsite.) A Purchase Order is not a form of payment for your registration. Payment must be submitted upon receipt of invoice.
Self-registration is available onsite for Exhibition Only conference registrants. Using a laptop station, registrants will enter all of their information and print their badge before entering the show floor. Exhibition Only Self-Registration will be located at the Convention Center.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing by mail or by fax no later than August 31, 2018. If approved, refunds will be issued, less a 25 percent administrative fee. No refunds are issued after August 31.

To defray costs associated with the rising volume of badge replacements, WEF has instituted a badge replacement cost of $25. Replacement tickets (facility tours and ticketed events), once issued, will not be replaced if lost or stolen. A new ticket would need to be purchased.
Just like an airline e-ticket, registrants can scan the confirmation barcode right from their smartphone or simply print and bring the confirmation with them to any Badge Pickup counters onsite. In some cases you will need to enable images so that the barcode will display. Once the barcode is scanned the registrant’s badge is produced instantly. A lanyard and conference materials will be issued onsite. Photo ID (driver’s license, passport or government issued photo ID) may be required. Express Badge Pickup locations and hours will be announced at a later date.
All WEFTEC registrants will receive a bar code confirmation immediately after registering online or by phone, and up to three (3) weeks of registering by fax or mail. A follow-up Badge Confirmation will be issued 10 to 14 days prior to WEFTEC.
No. In support of sustainability and promoting environmentally friendly alternatives, name badges and tickets are not mailed in advance. All pre-registrants will use Badge Pick-up onsite.

Convention Management Resources, Inc. (CMR) has managed WEFTEC hotel reservations on behalf of the Water Environment Federation (WEF) for over 15 years. Reservations at the negotiated WEFTEC rates can only be made through CMR. WEF does not authorize or endorse any other housing service or independent broker. Your primary WEFTEC Housing contact is CMR. WEF can assist with general inquiries.

CMR and WEF are routinely notified about other agencies that solicit business from WEFTEC exhibitors and affiliates. Reservations made through other agencies are not guaranteed by CMR or WEF, and could result in inflated room rates; additional service charges; placement in a hotel outside of the official block that is not serviced by the WEFTEC shuttle; unconfirmed/lost reservations upon arrival at the hotel; and/or lost deposits or pre-payments. Neither WEF nor CMR can assist you with reservation problems if you book through another agency.
