Every year, WEFTEC serves as a convener for the global water community, bringing together professionals, technologies, and ideas that help advance the sector. In 2026, the exhibition will feature a refreshed layout and experience designed to make it easier than ever for attendees to navigate the show floor and connect with the people, topics, and solutions most relevant to their work.
With more than 1,000 exhibiting companies showcasing products, services, and technologies, attendees can explore practical solutions to today’s challenges, discover innovations shaping the future, and engage with peers from across the industry and around the world.
This year, we’ve placed a special focus on creating a more intuitive and connected experience, with dedicated spaces that help attendees dive deeper into emerging trends, hear from experts, strengthen professional networks, and engage with the communities driving progress across the water sector.
Plus, we’re bringing three exciting new destinations to WEFTEC, giving you even more reasons to explore.
NEW! Utility Pavilion
Meet the utilities tackling some of today’s biggest operational, infrastructure, workforce, and sustainability challenges.
The new Utility Pavilion brings leading public water and wastewater utilities together in a shared space centered on collaboration, innovation, and peer connection. It’s an opportunity to meet utility leaders and solution providers, exchange ideas, and learn from organizations addressing many of the same challenges facing water professionals everywhere.
NEW! WEFTEC Green and Blue Stages
Great ideas aren’t limited to the technical sessions.
The new WEFTEC Green and Blue Stages bring dynamic programming directly onto the exhibition floor, featuring a mix of exhibitor-led presentations and expert educational sessions. Stop by to hear about technologies, trends, practical solutions, and new approaches shaping the future of water, all without leaving the expo floor.
NEW! Workforce Hub
Sponsored by Raftelis and Jacobs
The future of water depends on the people behind it.
The new Workforce Hub creates an immersive space dedicated to utility operations professionals, Operations Challenge participants, and the next generation of the water workforce. Short-format sessions, live demonstrations, interactive learning, and networking will focus on building skills, advancing careers, driving innovation, and strengthening the workforce that keeps water moving.
Don’t Miss the Sewage Super Bowl

Part competition, part showcase of serious technical skill, Operations Challenge puts teams of water professionals to the test in five fast-paced events based on the real work of wastewater operations.
Competitors race the clock as they tackle laboratory analysis, process control, collection system challenges, safety scenarios, and equipment maintenance, putting their precision, problem-solving, teamwork, and technical expertise on full display.
Catch the action Monday and Tuesday and see firsthand the skills it takes to keep wastewater systems running safely and effectively.
Explore Technologies Transforming the Industry
Interested in where digital technology is taking the sector? The Advanced Technology Solutions Pavilion features companies specializing in cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, virtual reality, automation, and other advanced tools designed to help water professionals manage and operate systems more efficiently.
Just beyond the main Registration and Badge Pickup area, you will find the Water-AI Nexus™ Center of Excellence, where you can go even deeper into the rapidly evolving intersection of water and artificial intelligence. Explore insights on AI for Water and Water for AI, hear about real-world applications and utility implementation, and connect with leaders from across the water and technology sectors.

Highlights include a State of the Industry discussion featuring the founding organizations of the Water-AI Nexus initiative, the release of a new insight report examining indirect water use associated with data centers, and sessions exploring AI applications in stormwater management, utility operations, and critical infrastructure protection.
Think Circular

The Circular Water Economy Pavilion brings together exhibitors focused on water reuse (including potable reuse), drinking water treatment, distribution, resource recovery, and other circular water solutions.
Programming at the Circular Water Economy Pavilion Stage brings these concepts to life through innovative technologies, real-world case studies, and practical strategies. Attendees can explore how utilities, industries, and other water sector leaders are putting circular water principles into practice to reduce water use and waste, recover valuable resources, and regenerate natural systems.
Connect With the WEF Community

WEFTEC is as much about who you meet as what you see.
The WEF Community Hub is a gathering place for WEF members and water professionals to connect with peers, learn more about WEF programs and initiatives, and discover new ways to stay involved in the water community throughout the year.
While you’re there, create a WEFTEC keepsake that’s uniquely yours. You can customize a T-shirt by choosing from a selection of shirt colors and fun water-inspired designs, then watch as it’s printed onsite and take it home with you. T-shirts are available while supplies last.
Stop by to meet fellow attendees and WEF members, make new connections, explore opportunities to engage with WEF beyond WEFTEC, and leave with something made just for you.
Explore a Global Water Community
Water challenges cross borders, and so do the ideas, technologies and relationships helping solve them.
At the International Pavilion, attendees can explore dedicated exhibit spaces featuring technologies, solutions and organizations from countries and regions around the world.

Nearby, the Global Hub, sponsored by WSP, brings WEFTEC’s international community together for programming, networking and opportunities to build connections across borders.
Attendees can also travel the world without leaving the exhibit hall through the Global Passport Challenge. During designated Country Pavilion Power Hours, participants can visit participating pavilions, connect with exhibitors and delegates, and learn more about water programs, technologies and ideas from around the world.
Use your Global Passport to track your visits and take part in activities along the way. The challenge makes it easy to discover new organizations, start conversations and experience more of WEFTEC’s global presence on the exhibition floor.
Stop by the Global Hub for details on how to participate.
Find the Next Big Idea
For attendees looking for what’s emerging in water, WEFTEC offers several destinations built around discovery and innovation.
The Innovation Pavilion is home to the Innovation Showcase, presented by WEF, BlueTech Research, and Imagine H2O. The Showcase highlights breakthrough initiatives and cutting-edge technologies addressing pressing water and wastewater challenges.
Also in the Innovation Pavilion, the Discovery Zone gives startups and first-time exhibitors a place to showcase groundbreaking technologies and connect with utilities, investors, technology leaders, and other industry decision-makers.
Plus, stop by the New Exhibitor Pavilion to meet companies exhibiting at WEFTEC for the first time and discover new products, technologies, services, and potential industry partners.
Time to Explore
With 1,000+ exhibiting companies, live programming, demonstrations, dedicated pavilions and hubs, and plenty of opportunities to connect, there’s a lot to see at WEFTEC. Don’t treat the exhibition as simply the space between point A and point B.
Stop for a presentation. Watch a demonstration. Meet a first-time exhibitor. Talk shop with a utility professional. Discover a technology you didn’t know existed. Cheer on an Ops Challenge team. Or pull up a seat and connect with someone new.
However you explore it, the WEFTEC 2026 exhibition hall is built for discovery, learning, and connection.
