Attendee List – No Cost
The official WEFTEC 2026 attendee list will be available for download to contracted and fully paid exhibitors once Booth Personnel Registration opens April 28. The list includes only professional registrants who have opted in (no exhibitors) and does not include email addresses, per the Water Environment Federation's policy.

BE AWARE OF LISTS FOR SALE!
The official registration list is available exclusively to exhibitors through Maritz, WEF’s official registration service contractor. Any lists obtained from outside parties are not legitimate. WEF does not authorize, sell, or provide registration list information to any external organization for marketing or solicitation purposes.

Booth Awards – No Cost
Sustainable Booth Award
The Water Environment Federation launched the Sustainable Booth Award last year to recognize exhibitors who go above and beyond in sustainable booth design and on-site practices, focusing on responsible materials, waste reduction, accessibility, energy efficiency, and eco-friendly giveaways.

Application opens in Spring 2026.

Best of Show Booth Award
All exhibitors are automatically entered into this competition and grouped into categories based on booth type and size. No application is required.

Categories

• Best Inline Booth
• Best Small Island Booth (up to 600 square feet)
• Best Medium Island Booth (601 to 900 square feet)
• Best Large Island Booth (901 square feet or larger)

Judging Criteria

• Booth Creativity
• Message Effectiveness
• Visitor Engagement
• Booth Staff

Innovative Technology Award – No Cost
Opens: January 15 
Closes: March 31

This award recognizes four Water Environment Federation Exhibitor Members who have introduced new innovation products or services related to our industry.

Requirements for this reward:

• Must be a WEF Exhibitor member.
• The technology must be installed for more than a year.
• The technology cannot be in use for more than 5 years.
• Must relate to the water sector.

Winners will be announced before WEFTEC but will be presented at WEFTEC during the WEFTEC Awards celebration.

Upgraded Digital Listing for Online Directory and Mobile App – Price Varies
