To access the exhibitor registration portal, you must enter a username and password.
When registering your Exhibitor Personnel, please make certain you enter their email address. All Exhibitors must have a unique email address registered to access the WEFTEC Connect virtual platform. Registration is uniquely set up for one virtual conference login for one individual. It is not intended for multiple logins.
The Key Contact is not automatically registered as booth personnel but must be added to receive access to WEFTEC Connect.
Registration Confirmation: Upon completion of your registration, you will receive an immediate confirmation email from our registration partner Experient.
Exhibitor registration includes: technical education; the Exhibitor Showcase; networking features; digital conference proceedings; and engagement in the Opening General Session (Mon. October 5) and the WEF Awards and Presidential Ceremony and Celebration (Weds. October 7).
Trivia Night is optional and requires a $25 fee when you register. The proceeds from Trivia Night registration fees will be donated to the Hospitality Cares Pandemic Response Fund managed by the Louisiana Hospitality Foundation and The United Way of Southeast Louisiana.
