WEF does not authorize or endorse any other independent broker.  For your own protection, please do not register through any unknown registration company. Neither WEF nor Experient can assist you with problems if you book through another agency.

Registration Fee Includes:

  • Full Access registrants receive access to educational content; the exhibitor showcase; networking features; and digital conference proceedings
  • Exhibitor Showcase Only registrants receive access to the exhibitor showcase and networking features.

Both Full Access and Exhibitor Showcase Only registrants can engage in the Opening General Session (Monday, October 5), the WEF Awards and Presidential Ceremony and Celebration (Wednesday, October 7) and the Closing Session (Friday, October 9).

Trivia Night is optional and requires a $25 fee. The proceeds from Trivia Night registration fees will be donated to the Hospitality Cares Pandemic Response Fund managed by the Louisiana Hospitality Foundation and The United Way of Southeast Louisiana.

Important Deadlines

August 28, 2020: Super Saver rate deadline - Register Now and Save!

September 18, 2020:  Students who are not members of WEF are required to provide proper identification and verification of student status on school letterhead as proof of enrollment in order to receive their registration credentials. Submit student ID and verification by Email: [email protected]

October 5, 2020: WEFTEC Connect goes live!  Your login credentials and instructions will be emailed to you several days prior to the event.

Only completed registrations will receive an email confirmation and longin creditials.

Online registration for WEFTEC Connect will remain open through October 9, 2020. 

There is not a deadline to register; however, registrations received during the week of the conference may take up to 20 minutes to process and receive login instructions.

Full payment is due when you register online with a credit card (VISA, MasterCard and American Express).

Upon completion of your registration, you will receive an immediate confirmation email from our registration partner Experient.

All participants must register and pay the applicable fee to be granted access to the virtual platform. 

WEFTEC Connect goes live on Monday, Oct. 5.  Pre-registered attendees and exhibitors will receive login credentials and instructions a few days prior to the event and will have immediate access to WEFTEC Connect starting October 5. 

Attendees and Exhibitors that register during the live event, will receive access to WEFTEC Connect approximately 15 minutes after registering.

WEFTEC Connect registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

No refunds will be granted for unattended events or early termination of attendance, problems or disruptions in the virtual platform where the sessions are being streamed or any other incidents during the virtual conference, which are beyond the control of the conference organizers.

Registrants may not transfer their access to WEFTEC Connect to another individual, share access through their individual username and password, or make information within the WEFTEC Connect Experience available to unregistered persons.

WEF is committed to providing a professional, safe, and welcoming environment during its in-person and virtual events for all water professionals and their guests.  WEF expects all attendees, exhibitors, speakers, sponsors, media, and other participants to uphold our commitment to diversity and inclusion by helping us provide a positive conference environment for everyone.

WEF has zero-tolerance for any form of discrimination or harassment, including but not limited to sexual harassment by participants or our staff at our meetings. WEF will take any action deemed necessary and appropriate, including immediate removal from the meeting without warning or refund, in response to any incident of unacceptable behavior, and WEF reserves the right to prohibit attendance at any future meeting, virtually or in person.

If you experience harassment or hear of any incidents of unacceptable behavior, WEF asks that you immediately email the WEF Executive Director Walter Marlowe .

Unacceptable behavior is defined as:

  • Negative comments about race/ethnicity, gender and gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, religion, physical appearance, citizenship, or other protected categories
  • Unwelcome sexual attention, including inappropriate use of nudity and/or sexual images in public spaces or in presentations
  • Threatening, stalking, or endangerment of others
  • Any activity meant to cultivate hostility, ad hominem insults or other attacks

We do not tolerate the following:

  • Disruption of presentations during sessions, exhibitions, or at other events organized by WEF throughout the virtual meeting. All participants must comply with the instructions of the moderator and any WEF virtual event staff.
  • Presentations, postings, and messages should not contain promotional materials, special offers, job offers, product announcements, or solicitation for services. WEF reserves the right to remove such messages and potentially ban sources of those solicitations.
  • Participants should not copy or take screen shots of any technical presentations, exhibitor showcase demonstration, Q&A or any chat room activity that takes place in the virtual space.

WEF has contracted with third parties to provide a high-quality virtual experience.  WEF cannot, however, guarantee that the WEFTEC Mobile App or Virtual Content will operate without any interruptions or malfunctions.  WEF cannot control nor is responsible for the availability, quality, operation or support services for the participant’s internet provider or speed and availability of the overall internet traffic and network.  WEF accepts no liability or responsibility if the WEFTEC Mobile App and/or Virtual Content are interrupted, partially restricted, otherwise inaccessible in whole or in part or impossible as a result of an event beyond WEF’s reasonable control.
