Electrical, Plumbing, Internet

To receive the discounted rate for these services, your forms must be received by the published deadline date; otherwise standard rates will apply.

Electrical Services 


New Orleans Morial Convention Center (NOMCC) will provide electrical services within the exhibit halls.

Labor inside the booth to attach lights and/or provide power extension on top of the carpet may be performed by the exhibitor. All other electrical installation work must be completed by Freeman electricians. 

Electricians must make all electrical connections to the power source, regardless of wattage used.


Plumbing Services


All plumbing connections for air, water, drain and gas must be made by NOMCC. Any connections not made by NOMCC will be subject to additional fees for inspection, disconnection and reconnection of equipment.

Orders must be received a minimum of twenty one (21) days prior to scheduled event opening for advance rates. Orders received less than twenty one (21) days prior to scheduled event opening will be charged at the standard rates. Orders received on site are subject to an additional 25% fee on the standard rates.



Telephone, Internet & Cable Television Services


NOMCC offers a full array of telecommunication services. It is the exclusive provider and installer of all Voice, Data and Network services (wired and wireless) including communications cabling for NOMCC. Please note that WiFi is not being provided throughout the exhibit hall, except in specific designated hotspots.

Wireless Specific: The use of any wireless device that interferes with the facility's wireless data frequency is prohibited. Exhibitors are allowed to bring and utilize their own wireless routers. The exhibitor will be charged for the drop and IP address for each device connected to their router. NOMCC is NOT responsible for the configuration or operation of the wireless router. It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to ensure their equipment is properly configured and operational.
