While WEF hires a firm to provide security at the Exhibit, the security is provided only as a deterrent. Exhibitors are liable for all thefts, losses and claims related to their participation in the Exhibit, including those of rented materials such as A/V equipment and Lead Retrieval. Exhibitors are advised to obtain insurance and liability protection appropriate to their circumstances for their display as well as to safeguard rental equipment appropriately.
The exhibit hall will see traffic of more than 22,000 people over three days, and should be treated like a public area. Any items like cell phones, thumb drives, or similar small electronics should be safely stowed or removed each evening for safekeeping.
Neither WEF nor the security company are responsible for monitoring your belongings. Even if you see a guard close to your booth, guards are present to monitor access to the hall only. Individual guard services will be available for booths in June.
- Security Order Form will be available June, 2016
