Attendee Lists

                         
The complete listing of conference attendees is available to you to assist you in promoting your participation in WEFTEC.

The list is available to WEFTEC 2012 Exhibitors at no cost  and may be downloaded as often as you like to get the most up-to-date attendee data.

Note: Only exhibitors who have paid their booth space fees in full, and set up their booth space at the conference will be able to download the pre-show and/or final attendee list. No-shows are not eligible to receive the final attendee list. 

To download the list, you must enter a username and password. The login information is as follows:
 
          Username: Exhibitor ID Number 
                             (also found on your invoice as your Customer Number)

          Password: WEFTEC 2012 Booth Number

WEFTEC 2012 - Post-Show List
The WEFTEC 2012 post show list is now available. This list does not include exhibitor registrants. Attendee data does not include email addresses in accordance with WEF's privacy policy. 

WEFTEC 2013 Pre-Show Attendee List will be available here June 3. Only WEFTEC 2013 Exhibitors who have paid in full for their booth space will be able to download the list. 

Attention WEFTEC Exhibitors: 

As a contracted WEFTEC exhibitor, you have the right to download the WEFTEC attendee list for free when contacted by show management with specific instructions to do so. WEF is aware of soliciting agencies that contact exhibitors and affiliates directly, offering to sell attendee data or lists. The WEFTEC attendee list is exclusively offered and available for WEFTEC exhibitors to download only from weftec.org or compusystems.com. Lists obtained from outside parties are not legitimate and WEF does not authorize, offer, or sell attendee list information to any outside organization for its use in marketing or solicitation.
