2013 Call for Abstracts
WEF Wants Exhibitor Presentations!
WEF is pleased to announce that we have expanded and enhanced the opportunities for our exhibitors to present technical information to their customers at WEFTEC 2013. Two ways to engage in these presentations is available exclusively to exhibitors – Mobile Sessions and Exhibitor Showcase Sessions.
The Mobile Sessions are in their third year and have tripled in number because of the interest from attendees and exhibitors. These sessions allow us to bring attendees to selected booths to hear technical, educational presentations by the exhibitors’ experts focused around specific topics. The Exhibitor Showcase sessions are designed to highlight the latest information from exhibitors in a special session room on the exhibition floor. We have concentrated on specific topics so that the Exhibitor Showcase sessions are targeted to hot topics and focused, which is the preferred format by attendees. In addition, we have focused around specific challenges in the industry to further enhance and engage the interest of the audience.
To access the online submittal system, you will need to use your WEF log-in. If you do not have one or are a non-member, you will be asked to create a WEF log-in. The WEF log-in gives you single sign-on to a multitude of WEF related activities including the specialty conference call for abstracts (when open), the WEF Knowledge Center, WEFCOM and anything e-commerce related.
The Call for Exhibitor Presentations will close on June 5 for review and selection by members of the Program Committee and the Manufacturers and Representatives Committee.
