How to Exhibit

Booth space is still available for WEFTEC 2016! Sign up now to secure the best available location. New reservations are assigned according to the date of the receipt of signed reservation form with full payment.   

Exhibitors are required to review the license for exhibit space prior to signing the space reservation and contract. Additionally, the exhibitor agrees to all the terms and conditions of the license.



Specialty Pavilions


Stormwater Pavilion 

Vendors exhibiting in this pavilion must have at least 50% of their display focused on stormwater and wet weather management products. Stormwater programing will take place in the theater. Networking events are planned during private demo hour on Monday, September 26th and Tuesday, September 27th.  Please view the pavilion in the back of Hall C.


Innovation Pavilion 

The Innovation Pavilion will showcase winners of the WEF Innovative Technology Award, BlueTech Forum Innovation Award, and Imagine H2O's Consumer Innovations Prize. The Innovation theater will feature presentations by the award winners. If your company is interested in applying for exhibit space in the pavilion please contact Sacha Carey at


How to Reserve Space

Print out, complete, and sign the Exhibit Space Reservation and Contract PDF or fill out the online Exhibit Space Reservation and Contract (only if you have a credit card to provide for payment). A 25% deposit is due with the reservation form. After May 1, full payment must accompany the reservation. 

WEF accepts payments via credit card, check or wire transfer.

How Much 

(Please note: the Federation has several types of memberships, including Professional, Corporate, and Exhibitor. Only Exhibitor Members receive the discount on exhibit space.) 

WEF Exhibitor Members
  • $36.50 per square foot: additional $200 per corner  
  • $44 per square foot: additional $200 per corner

Booth Fee & Cancellation Schedule 

October 2, 2015      All new booth contracts must include a 25% deposit 
January 31, 2016  25% deposit due for advance onsite reservations

February 1, 2016  10% cancellation/reduction fee in effect
 Booth sales open to new exhibitors

May 1, 2016  All new booth contracts must include 100% payment

May 31, 2016  Final 75% booth payments due

June 1, 2016  100% cancellation/reduction fee in effect


What's included in the booth space fee? 


  • Standard drapery - 8’ high back drape and 36” high side dividers (except island booths). Shared Island booths will have 8’ high drape separating the booths.
  • Company identification sign on your booth (except island and shared island booths)
  • Complimentary booth personnel badges (4 per 100 sq. ft. rented)
  • Online access to the conference proceedings
  • Company profile listed in WEF publications,, WEFTEC Mobile App and Conference Programs*
  • Complimentary pre- and post-show attendee lists
  • Online Exhibitor Service Manual

*Contingent upon date of signed contract and print deadlines

The exhibitor is responsible for providing all booth furnishings including carpet. Additionally, electricity and other utility connections are the responsibility of the exhibitor. Click here for an estimated budget for a 10x10 booth based on the WEFTEC 2014 rates. 

How Will Space be Assigned 

Reservations with payments will be assigned in the order of date received. 

If the requested space selections are not available, the “next best available” space will be assigned. 

When Will Space be Assigned 

Space assignment confirmations will be mailed within two weeks from the time we received your contract. Final payment of any balance is due no later than May 31. Click here to pay your invoice. 

Space Availability 

The minimum size is 10’ x 10’. We can create just about any size you need, 10’ x 10’ through 50’ x 80’ if you need it!

Booths in sizes 10’ x 20’, 10’ x 30 or other widths with a 10’ depth may be created by combining the appropriate number of 10’ x 10’ spaces. Island spaces will not be created by combining 10’ x 10’ spaces unless there is an inadequate supply of a size.
