How to Exhibit
Thank you to those WEFTEC 2013 exhibitors who attended their appointment at the onsite sales office in Chicago to book exhibit space for WEFTEC 2014 in New Orleans.
Please refer to the following important dates regarding booth assignments for WEFTEC 2014:
Past WEFTEC exhibitors wishing to book space for WEFTEC 2014 in the second priority round please contact Sacha Carey, Director of Exhibition Operations and Sales at 703-684-2434 or email@example.com. You will have until December 31st to sumbit a 2014 exhibit space reservation and contract for the second priority round.
WEFTEC 2013 exhibitors that booked exhibit space onsite in Chicago will receive a booth assignment confirmation and invoice by January 1, 2014. A 25% deposit is due by January 31, 2014. Exhibitors that booked onsite have the opportunity to request a booth move by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Booth moves will take place starting December 1st.
Booth sales for new exhibitors will open February 1, 2014. Reservations with payments will be assigned in the order of date received.

Exhibitors are required to review the license for exhibit space prior to signing the space reservation & contract. Additionally, the exhibitor agrees to all the terms and conditions of the license.
The Stormwater Pavilion at WEFTEC 2014 in New Orleans is part of the Stormwater Congress. Vendors exhibiting in this pavilion must have at least 50% of their display focused on stormwater and wet weather management products. Stormwater programing will take place in the theater. Networking events are planned during private demo hour on Monday, September 29th and Tuesday, September 30th. Please view the pavilion in Hall I1, between the 8200 and 8300 aisles.
The Innovation Pavilion will showcase winners of the WEF Innovative Technology Award, BlueTech Forum Innovation Award, and Imagine H2O's Consumer Innovations Prize. The Innovation theater will feature presentations by the award winners. If your company is interested in applying for exhibit space in the pavilion please contact Sacha Carey at email@example.com.
How to Reserve Space
Print out, complete, and sign the Exhibit Space Reservation and Contract (PDF) or fill out the online Exhibit Space Reservation and Contract only if you have a credit card to provide for payment. A 25% deposit is due with the reservation form. After May 1, full payment must accompany the reservation.
WEF accepts payments via credit card, check or wire transfer.

What’s included in the booth space fee?
- Standard drapery - 8’ high back drape and 36” high side dividers (except island booths). Shared Island booths will have 8’ high drape separating the booths.
- Company identification sign on your booth (except island and shared island booths)
- Complimentary booth personnel badges (4 per 100 sq. ft. rented)
- Online access to the conference proceedings

The exhibitor is responsible for providing all booth furnishings including carpet. Additionally, electricity and other utility connections are the responsibility of the exhibitor.
How Will Space be Assigned
Reservations with payments will be assigned in the order of date received.
If the requested space selections are not available, the “next best available” space will be assigned.
When Will Space be Assigned
Space assignment confirmations will be mailed within two weeks from the time we received your contract. Final payment of any balance is due no later than May 31.
The minimum size is 10’ x 10’. We can create just about any size you need, 10’ x 10’ through 50’ x 80’ if you need it!
Booths in sizes 10’ x 20’, 10’ x 30 or other widths with a 10’ depth may be created by combining the appropriate number of 10’ x 10’ spaces. Island spaces will not be created by combining 10’ x 10’ spaces unless there is an inadequate supply of a size.
