Dec. 1	Start of General Sales - 50% of Booth Deposit Due with Application.
Dec. 8	Workshop Proposals Due at 9:00 a.m. ET
January 2026
Jan. 15	Technical Sessions Proposals or Abstracts Due at 9:00 a.m. ET
Jan. 31	50% of Booth Deposit Due (Advance Sales) Last Day to Reduce or Cancel Exhibit Space and Receive Full Refund
March 2026
Mar. 31	Innovative Technology Award Application Closes at 11:59 p.m. ET.
April 2026
Apr. 28	Exhibitor (Booth Personnel) Registration Opens
Apr. 30	Final Booth Payment Due Last Day to Reduce or Cancel Exhibit Space and Receive 50% Refund
May 2026
May 5	Exhibitor Webinar: How to WIN WEFTEC BEFORE the Show Opens
May 31	Last day to make a Lateral Booth Move. After May 31, booth moves are permitted only for upgrades or downgrades.
