Celebrating Innovation and Leadership: 2025 MS4 Award Winners

The Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) Awards recognize programs and communities that are setting new standards in stormwater management. Each year, the awards honor Phase I and Phase II MS4 permittees that demonstrate excellence in both innovation and program management. At WEFTEC 2025, six outstanding organizations were recognized for their leadership, creativity, and commitment to protecting water resources.

By celebrating these achievements, the MS4 Awards continue to shine a spotlight on leaders who are advancing the profession and setting an example for stormwater programs across North America.
