DOMESTIC U.S. TRAVELERS:

Shuttle service is available from the airport to hotels and various other locations in the New Orleans for $24.00 (per person, one-way) or $44.00 (per person, round-trip). These fares include three (3) bags per person. Additional baggage may be subject to additional fees. Passengers can purchase tickets at the Airport at the Airport Shuttle ticket booth located on Level 1 Baggage Claim between Doors 3 and 4.
Airport Shuttle offers group rates. Large groups of fifty (50) or more people should call 1-866-596-2699 for reservations. Those needing Wheelchair-Accessible Service should also call 1-866-596-2699 for assistance. Please visit www.airportshuttleneworleans.com for more information.
Courtesy shuttles for off-airport parking, hotels, and motels are located in the Ground Transportation Center, outside of Level 1 Baggage Claim Doors 1 through 5.
Transportation Network Providers (rideshares)
AT THE AIRPORT
Ride Share app services pick up passengers outside of Level 1 Baggage Claim on the middle curb.
Lyft - To ride with Lyft, exit Doors 7-9, cross the walkway to the middle curb.
How it works:
1. Enter your destination and request a standard Lyft ride.
2. If available, you’ll see a new screen pop up in your app. Tap Get code to get your unique four-digit code.
3. Follow the directions and join the Lyft Fast Match line. (A friendly Lyft ambassador will be there to assist you.)
4. When you get to the front of the line, show your code to the driver. Once you’re matched, hop in, and be on your way.
5. Lyft Fast Match is available at MSY.
UBER - Uber riders should exit Doors 9-11, cross the walkway to the middle curb
How it works:
1. Request an UberX trip to receive a 6-digit personal identification number (PIN).
2. Walk to the Uber pickup zone and join the line.
3. Share your unique PIN with the first available driver.
4. Verify vehicle and driver details before you get into the vehicle.
For non-Uber X requests, request when you have your bags and are ready to go. You will meet your driver on the middle curb outside of Baggage Claim at Zone 3. Verify vehicle and driver details before you get into the vehicle.
AT THE CONVENTION CENTER
Lyft/Uber drop-off and pick-up at a designated Taxi/Rideshare Zone. Follow the Pedestrian Crossing across Calliope Street. The crossing will bring you into Lobby G on arrival.
When exiting, this crossing can be found outside of Lobby G.
Avoid parking and traffic by utilizing public transit to and from the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport. Service to Downtown New Orleans from the airport is available via the Jefferson Transit Authority (JET) and the Regional Transportation Authority (RTA). Bus service is available from the outer curb outside Level 3 Ticket Lobby.
Jefferson Transit Authority (JET)
Bus fare for the Veterans (E1) bus operated by JET is $2.00. The fare boxes will accept $1, $5, $10, $20 dollar bills and all U.S. coins. The Veterans (E1) bus provides service from the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport, to Downtown, with a total travel time of approximately fifty (50) minutes. Regional Transportation Authority (RTA)
The Regional Transit Authority (RTA) provides the Airport Express (202) Bus with service to and from the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport into New Orleans. Pick up locations for the Airport Express (202) Bus in New Orleans include two separate Downtown New Orleans locations. Bus stops include Elk Place at Cleveland, or the Union Passenger Terminal/Bus Bay 2. Bus fare for this route is $1.50. Please be aware that only the Regional Ride day pass can be used on both JeT and RTA systems. All other JeT fares and passes are non-transferable to the RTA system. To utilize the RTA system, JeT riders must pay RTA fare or purchase a Jazzy Pass (if not using a Regional Ride pass).
AT THE AIRPORT
Taxis pick up passengers in a dedicated taxi loading zone on the Arrivals Curb outside of Level 1 Baggage Claim Door 7.
Taxi rides cost $36.00 from the airport to the Central Business District (CBD) or French Quarter (west of Elysian Fields) for up to two (2) passengers. For three (3) or more passengers, the fare will be $15.00 per passenger. Taxis are required to accept credit card payments.
Complimentary shuttle bus service to/from the convention center will be provided from/to most official conference hotels beginning Sunday, October 9, to Wednesday, October 12. The walkable exceptions are include the Hampton Inn & Suites Convention Center; Hilton Garden Inn Convention Center; Hyatt Place Convention Center; and Marriott Warehouse Arts District. Final schedules and routes will be available in September 2022.
- Buses from hotels to the convention center operate from 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
- Buses from the convention center to hotels operate from 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. (4:30 p.m. on Wednesday)
- The only hotel serviced by mid-day shuttles (10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.) is the Hilton Riverside.
Due to traffic patterns within the city, buses cannot stop directly in front of all hotels. Guests may have to walk a short distance to another hotel or to a street corner to catch a bus.

Parking at the Convention Center
Lot D address for GPS: 400 Calliope Street, New Orleans, LA 70130.
Lot D is the primary parking lot for all events and is the entrance to all additional overflow lots. Ample parking is available at the Convention Center for a daily fee, Overnight parking is prohibited. The parking rates are $23.00 for up to 16 hours and $36.00 from 16 to 24 hours. There are no in-and-out privileges.
Credit Cards are accepted at the parking ticket kiosks.
