Press Credentials

Press credentials are equivalent to "Expo Only" conference registration, allowing access to the Exhibition and main stage events, like the Opening General Session. Workshop and Technical Session access is prohibited.

WEF Communications Staff will screen and either approve or deny Press credential requests.

Marketing, Advertising, & PR Camera Policy

Representatives are permitted to photograph their exhibit/booth only. Representatives are not permitted to photograph or capture video or audio inside the broader exhibition or inside other exhibitors' booths. WEF will vet and approve all requests.

Exhibitor Press Releases

WEF enables exhibitors to share press releases via the WEFTEC Online Planner and mobile app. These releases are visible to all users.

Exhibitors can submit releases via the Exhibitor Resource Center.
