Workforce Inclusion and Culture Programming

We acknowledge that many issues and topics have broad impacts, and we hold specific opportunities to ensure that all may fairly share in the benefits and burdens from our actions. Our conference continuously evolves to provide support and learning opportunities like inclusive community engagement, equitable capital project design, addressing environmental justice, and the incorporation of indigenous history and knowledge. We encourage everyone to attend our DE&I-focused Learning Exchanges, Affinity Events, Technical Sessions, and Workshops.
