Exhibitor Media Opportunities
The Water Environment Federation offers the following media relations opportunities for WEFTEC exhibitors:
- Press Coverage Opportunity Submission Form - Exhibitors may submit this complimentary automated form to highlight a product and/or media event at their booth. The forms are compiled and provided as a PDF booklet to all media who attend the conference. Submission Deadline: August 30, 2013
- WEFTEC Onsite Press Room - Exhibitors may drop off press kits and/or materials for the media at the onsite press room* beginning Sunday, October 6th at 8:30 a.m. Please limit the number of copies to 25 and plan to pick up leftover materials by 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, October 9th. Materials that are not picked up by that time will be recycled or discarded. All materials must be delivered and retrieved by the exhibitor or a representative. Mailed packages will not be accepted.
- Press Conferences/Media Events - Exhibitors may hold a small press conference/event at their booth as long as it does not block the hallway or impede traffic to neighboring booths. Media events must be held during regular exhibition floor hours or during the special preview times that are noted in the exhibition materials. All media must register through the onsite press room to gain access to the exhibition floor. Media who plan to bring cameras onto the exhibition floor must adhere to the WEFTEC Media Camera Policy. WEF cannot provide rooms in the convention center for press or other related events but will provide contact information for alternative solutions. - WEFTEC 2012 Press List - This list is the only one that is available prior to conference and will be updated with advanced press registrations by August 30, 2013. It will be updated with onsite press registrations from Sunday through Wednesday, October 6-9.

Sunday-Tuesday, October 6-October 8, 2013: 8:30 am-5:00 pm
Wednesday, October 9, 2013: 8:30 am-10:00 a.m.
