Now Open For Reservations

WEF Members and WEFTEC Exhibitors can reserve one of the two semi-private conference rooms on a first-come, first-served basis. The Huddle Room is open Sunday-Wednesday, September 27-30, between 8:00 am – 6:00 pm (all meetings must end at 6:00 pm). There is a limit of 2-hours maximum per meeting. No catering is allowed in the Huddle Room.

 

**UPDATE**
Due to increased demand in reservation requests for Huddle Room A, the room set in Huddle Room B is being changed to a permanent conference style for 14 people with 42" flat screen monitor that can be used for projection (user must provide laptop).

The “collaboration stations” located in the open area of the meeting room can be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis onsite at WEFTEC. The Huddle Room is located in room N231, McCormick Place North.

Meeting & Reception Space Requests

WEFTEC 2015 In Conjunction With (ICW) Event Policies

 

  • WEF does not allow exhibitor and affiliate functions to be scheduled in conflict with official programming hours: Mon.-Weds., September 28 - 30, between 8:30 am – 5:00 pm. Exception: training meetings for exhibiting companies’ personnel and/or manufacturers’ representatives. 
  • WEF also prohibits product displays in hotel suites and locations other than the official trade show floor at McCormick Place, as noted in each exhibiting company’s license agreement.


How to Request Space 

Please contact your preferred venue directly.

The Hilton Chicago (conference headquarter hotel) and the Hyatt Regency McCormick Place (directly adjacent to the convention center) have meeting and reception space available. The hotels require clients to both pay a room rental fee and meet a food & beverage minimum. These fees/minimums must be negotiated directly between clients and the hotel(s).
