Hotels & Travel

Convention Management Resources, Inc. (CMR) is the only official housing agent for WEFTEC. CMR offers highly competitive rates at the official conference hotels, and no pre-payment is required at time of booking. Reservation changes and cancelations can be made without penalties up to 72 hours prior to confirmed arrival date. Official conference hotels are serviced by WEFTEC shuttle buses.

Hotel Reservations

 Advance housing information for Exhibitors that participated in the WEFTEC 2013 Sales process while on site in New Orleans will be available in early November 2012. Attendee housing information will be available Spring 2013. Learn more about WEFTEC Housing.
