WEFTEC includes approximately 1,000 speakers each year in formats including podium, poster, and workshop presentations. This page contains links to important information for each type of presenter.
Podium or Session Speakers and Alternates
Notifications were sent on Friday, March 15 to all abstract submitters regarding the status of WEFTEC 2013 abstract submissions. Notifications were sent via email from speakers@wef.org. If you did not receive a notification, please email speakers@wef.org with the name of the abstract submitter, control number and abstract title.

Poster Presenters
A poster presentation is a graphic display of your research or project mounted and displayed on an easel. Poster presenters will display their work outside of their related technical session and will have the opportunity to have a one-on-one discussion with WEFTEC attendees regarding their work.

Sample WEFTEC Poster - Traditional or Dynamic (PDF) Can be viewed in PowerPoint as a dynamic poster, or printed and viewed as a traditional poster on paper. Videos or other moving graphics can be added to enhance the dynamic poster.

Sample Dynamic Poster Template (PPT) Can be used to create a dynamic poster by viewing in PowerPoint on a screen, or printed and viewed as a traditional poster on paper.
