Shared Ride Van fares between Orlando International Airport and hotels on International Drive are approximately $18 one-way, $29 round-trip. Fares between the airport and Lake Buena Vista/Highway 192 West are approximately $20 one-way, $33 round-trip. Reservations can be made 24-hours a day either by telephone or online. Reservations are not required for airport to hotel service; however, advance reservations are required for hotel to airport service. The Mears Transportation Service Counter is located on the Ground Transportation Level (Level 1) of the Main Terminal at Orlando International Airport.
Taxis
Taxis run on meters; there are no flat rates. You can anticipate paying between $33 – $39 for one-way fare between Orlando International Airport and the Orange County Convention Center or International Drive hotels. Taxis may carry up to 9 passengers and charge the same rate regardless of the number of passengers. Taxis are available on both the A and B sides of the Main Terminal on the Ground Transportation Level (Level 1) at Orlando International Airport in Commercial Lane spaces A5 – A8; A28 – A31; B5 – B8; and B19 – B24.
Convention Center Parking

Attendee and Exhibitor parking is available at the Orange County Convention Center’s West Building, accessed by entering at the east or west entrance off International Drive. Please visit the Center’s website, linked above, for directions & to view a map of the area. Event-specific parking directions will be listed on overhead electronic signage (Dynamic Message System) on International Drive and the surrounding area.
All parking at the Orange County Convention Center’s West Building is available on a first come, first served basis, including handicap-accessible parking. The current parking fee is $11.00 per car per entry and $22.00 for oversized vehicles, i.e. buses, per entry. After 5:00 p.m., the charge is $8.00 per car per entry and $11.00 per oversized vehicle per entry. Rates are subject to change prior to WEFTEC. Exhibitors with appropriate show credentials have unlimited in and out parking access within each 12-hour day. The Center accepts cash, traveler's checks, American Express, MasterCard and Visa.

WEFTEC Shuttle Service
Shuttle bus service will be available beginning Sunday, October 11, through Wednesday, October 14. Inbound routes between the official WEFTEC hotels and the Orange County Convention Center’s West Building (OCCC West) will operate during the morning hours. Outbound routes between OCCC West and conference hotels will be available during the late afternoon and early evening hours. Final routes and schedules will be posted on site in each hotel’s lobby and will be published in the Conference Program and Exhibitor Guide.

The I-RIDE Trolley is the exclusive, convenient and affordable transportation to hundreds of exciting destinations within the International Drive Resort Area, including the Orange County Convention Center. Trolleys operate daily between 8:00 a.m. - 10:30 p.m. Adult fare is $1.25 per ride; Senior citizens’ fare is $0.25 per ride (65 and over); and kids ride free (age 12 and under when accompanied by a paying adult). Exact change is required; drivers do not carry cash. Unlimited ride passes are available at over 100 locations within the International Drive Resort Area and from the I-RIDE sales office.
