Convention Management Resources, Inc. (CMR)
CMR, based in San Francisco, California, is the only official housing agent for WEFTEC. Reservations made through
any other housing services company cannot be guaranteed by WEF and could result in additional charges, incorrect
hotel placement, or inflated room rates for WEFTEC participants. If you are contacted by any agency other than CMR,

Caribe Royale Orlando - originally $179/night; now $169/night
Hard Rock Hotel at Universal Orlando - originally $225/night; now $189/night
Portofino Bay Hotel at Universal Orlando - originally $235/night; now $199/night
Royal Pacific Resort at Universal Orlando - originally $215/night; now $189/night
Additionally, the Hilton Orlando's address has changed to 6001 Destination Parkway (formerly Canadian Court)

Please note that WEF policy prohibits functions to be scheduled during official programming hours (Monday - Wednesday, October 12 - 14, between 8:30 am - 5:00 pm), with the exception of meetings for company personnel and manufacturer’s representatives. The policy also prohibits product displays in hotel suites and locations other than the exhibit hall at the Orange County Convention Center.
Companies/organizations interested in reserving a hospitality suite (a parlor attached to a sleeping room) should contact Bill Delaney at Convention Management Resources, Inc. (CMR), the official WEFTEC housing services bureau: (415) 979-2242. Hospitality suites are available at many WEFTEC hotels.
