Hydroxyl Ion Fog Odor Control System
Vapex’s Patented Vapex hydroxyl ion fog odor control system proven for SCRUBBER PRE-TREATMENT (removes 98%-100% H2S), collection systems (controls ODOR, GREASE and CORROSION), and other applications. The Vapex fog is applied in-situ using the scrubber duct, wet well, holding tank or any vessel containing foul air as the reaction chamber, needing no removal of foul air. The Vapex unit footprint is only 30”x31”x38”. Startup is completed within hours. Installation is simple; connect power, connect water and insert the Vapex nozzle.
The Vapex system provides significant savings over conventional odor control methods. Annual operating and maintenance cost for the Vapex is less than $1,850/yr.
