Hydro-Dyne Engineering

Hydro-Dyne Engineering introduces our new proprietary sealing system for the Hydro-Flo™ Screen. Improvements provide uninterrupted sealing between the traveling belt and frame and compliment the already exceptional seal between the panels in the grid. All submerged seals are held to 0.5 mm tolerance. The sealing system, partnered with the already exceptional protection provided by the Hydro-Flo™, will completely safeguard Membranes and any Sensitive Process Equipment. The Hydro-Flo™ offers low headloss, no screen bypass or carry-over, and the proprietary Hydro-Flo Bypass Gate™ which eliminates the need for an additional channel.

Grid options include perforated panels, woven mesh, and laced links with opening sizes as low as 1 mm. The Hydro-Flo™ is designed for either center flow (center entrance, side exit) or dual flow (side entrance, center exit) and is completely manufactured with stainless steel.
