Boerger Macerating Technology:
The Multicrusher is an effective, widely applicable Twin Shaft Grinder with many interchangeable parts to our Rotary Lobe Pumps. The Multicrusher grinds and crushes foreign objects like stringy fibrous materials, wood, plastics, skins, and textiles to ensure trouble-free operation of downstream equipment.
The Multichopper is a Single Shaft Grinder with central cutterblade and double-sided knifeheads for solids and debris laden fluids. The Multichopper is especially efficient for conditioning stringy material in homogenous sludge.
MIP-Design
The Boerger MIP-Design is a unique advantage to minimize downtime and maintenance: MIP (Maintenance In Place) allows the quick and convenient replacement of all fluid wetted parts without removal of pipes, drives or other components of the pump unit by your own staff.
