Security services at WEFTEC.08 will be provided by AF Services, Inc.
While WEF hires a firm to provide security at the Exhibit, the security is provided only as a deterrent. Exhibitors are liable for all thefts, losses and claims related to their participation in the Exhibit and are advised to obtain insurance and liability protection appropriate to their circumstances.
Neither WEF nor the security company are responsible for monitoring your belongings. Even if you see a guard close to your booth, guards are present to monitor access to the hall only. However, you may hire a guard to be placed in your booth.
If you desire security services for your individual exhibit or booth, the security company can provide quality service to you. Complete the Exhibit Security Order Form* and return to the address listed.
Individual Exhibit Security Guards, Police Officers and security cage rentals are available. Rates are based on a 6-hour minimum per shift.
