* Payment: Registrations cannot be processed without payment. WEF accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, company checks, personal checks, and wire transfers**. Government agencies can submit purchase orders**; however, actual payment must be received by September 19 for individuals registered with a purchase order to avoid being required to provide a credit card guarantee/hold to receive their badge/credentials onsite. Cash payments are only accepted onsite; wire transfers and purchase orders are not accepted onsite.
** Wire Transfer/Purchase Order Fee: WEF charges a $25 non-refundable fee per registrant to process wire transfers and purchase orders.
| Cancellations, Substitutions, and Corrections | Cancellation Policy Notice in writing is required and must be received by September 19. Please include a detailed description of reason. Cancelled registrations will be refunded, less a 25% processing fee, until September 19. After September 19 all cancelled registrations are non-refundable. If badges/tickets are mailed and received in advance, they must accompany the written cancellation request.
Substitutions Request must be received in writing by September 19 to be honored prior to WEFTEC; after September 19, please bring written request onsite. If the original registrant's badge/tickets are mailed and received in advance, they must accompany the written substitution request.
Badge Corrections Corrections to badges received in advance must be received by September 19 to be processed prior to WEFTEC; after September 19, corrections must be made onsite. Corrections can be made by using the link provided in the e-mailed confirmation letters, by faxing the changes to +1-708-344-4444, or by calling either +1-708-486-0724 or 1-877-303-0724 (toll free).
