Q: How can I register for WEFTEC?
A: Online registration will be available beginning March 31, 2009. Please see the Registration page for more details on other registration methods.
Q: What form of payment can I use to register for the conference?
A: WEF accepts the following forms of payment:
- WEF can accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards payments
- WEF can accept company, personal and travelers checks payable in US dollars, to:

- Cash is accepted onsite only.
- Purchase Order/Wire Transfer: WEF charges a $25 non-refundable application fee per registrant to process a purchase order or wire transfer. (Not Accepted Onsite) A Purchase Order is not a form of payment for your registration. Payment must be submitted upon receipt of invoice.
Q: I can’t remember my member number. Who do I call?

Q: What is included in the different registration packages and how much do they cost?

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Cancellations must be submitted in writing by mail or fax by September 11, 2009. If approved, refunds issued will include a 25% administrative fee. No refunds are issued after September 19th.
Q: Is there a penalty for substitutions?
A: No. Substitutions are welcomed without penalty and should be submitted in writing
by mail or fax by September 11, 2009. The substitute must submit the original registrant’s name and/or badge credentials with your request. Substitutions needed after September 11th must be done on-site.
Q: Is there a cost for losing a badge?
A: Yes. If a badge is lost, please proceed to the “Badge Reprint/Correction” counter, located in Hall C at the Orange County Convention Center, to pay the applicable fee for a replacement badge.
Q: What is the minimum age to attend?
A: Children under the age of 18 entering the exhibit hall during the show hours must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. Their parent or guardian assumes all risks and responsibility for the safety of the children. Children are not allowed in the hall during move-in or move-out.
Q: When does registration open onsite?

Q: How can I make hotel reservations for WEFTEC?
A: WEFTEC.09 housing will open on March 31, 2009. Please see Hotel/Housing Reservations for more details.
Q: Where is the Headquarter Hotel?
A: The Peabody Orlando, 9801 International Drive. The Peabody is located directly across the street from Hall C at the Orange County Convention Center’s West Building.
Q: Is WEFTEC Shuttle service provided?
A: Yes. Shuttle bus service will be available beginning Sunday, October 11, through Wednesday, October 14. Inbound routes between the official WEFTEC hotels and the Orange County Convention Center’s West Building (OCCC West) will operate during the morning hours. Outbound routes between OCCC West and conference hotels will be available during the late afternoon and early evening hours. Final routes and schedules will be posted on site in each hotel’s lobby and will be published in the Conference Program and Exhibitor Guide.
Direct shuttle service may not be available from every WEFTEC hotel. In some cases, guests may be asked to walk a short distance to another hotel or location to catch the bus. The Peabody , Rosen Centre, and Rosen Plaza hotels will not be serviced by shuttle buses because they are within comfortable walking distance of the OCCC West.
