Q: What form of payment can I use to register for the conference?
A: WEF accepts the following forms of payment:
- VISA, MasterCard, and American Express;
- Company, personal and travelers checks payable in US dollars, to: Water Environment Federation
- Cash is accepted onsite only.
Q: Can I send a copy of a check as payment for my registration?
A: No. A copy of a check is not an acceptable form of payment. Registrations received without payment will not be processed.

Q: What is included in the different registration packages and how much do they cost?
A: Registration packages and fees will be available in Spring 2008.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: You must submit a detailed written description of reason for cancellation by mail before the cancellation deadline. If approved, refunds issued will include a deducted 25% administrative fee. Refunds will not be given for cancellations/changes received after the cancellation deadline.

Q: Is there a penalty for substitutions?
A: No, there is not a penalty for substitutions. Substitutions must be received in writing by the substitution deadline. The substitute must submit the original registrant's name and/or badge credentials with your request. Substitutions needed after the deadline must be done on-site.

Q: Is there a cost for losing a badge?
A: Yes. If a badge is lost, a replacement cannot be mailed. You must come to the Advance Registration – Customer Service Booth onsite to pay the applicable fee.
Q: What is the minimum age to attend?
A: Children under the age of 18 entering the exhibit hall during the show hours must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. Parents or guardians are required to assume all risks and responsibility for the safety of the children. Children are not permitted in the hall during set-up and break-down of the show.
Q: When does registration open onsite?
A: Online registration will be available in Spring 2008
Q: How can I make hotel reservations for WEFTEC?
A: Housing for WEFTEC.08 will be available in Spring 2008. You must be registered for WEFTEC.08 in order to reserve a room through the official housing block.

Q: Is WEFTEC Shuttle service provided?
A: Yes. Complimentary shuttle buses are available to all WEFTEC registrants. Shuttles will be available between McCormick Place and the majority of official WEFTEC.08 hotels beginning Sunday, October 19 through Wednesday, October 22. More detailed schedule and route information will be available in late Summer 2008.

A: The Exhibitor Service Manual is provided in the Exhibition section of the website in the Exhibitor Service Center. You must be an exhibitor and have your assigned password to access the Exhibitor Service Manual.
