Q: Where and when is WEFTEC 2010?

Q: How can I register for WEFTEC?
A: Online registration will be available beginning March 30, 2010.  Please see the Registration page for more details on other registration methods.

Q: What form of payment can I use to register for the conference?
A: WEF accepts the following forms of payment:

  • WEF can accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards payments
  • WEF can accept company, personal and travelers checks payable in US dollars, to: 
    Water Environment Federation
  • Cash is accepted onsite only.
  • Purchase Order/Wire Transfer:  WEF charges a $25 non-refundable application fee per registrant to process a purchase order or wire transfer. (Not Accepted Onsite) A Purchase Order is not a form of payment for your registration.  Payment must be submitted upon receipt of invoice.

Q: I can’t remember my member number. Who do I call?

Q: What is included in the different registration packages and how much do they cost?

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

Q: Is there a penalty for substitutions?

Q: Is there a cost for losing a badge?

Q: What is the minimum age to attend?
A: Children under the age of 18 entering the exhibit hall during the show hours must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.  Their parent or guardian assumes all risks and responsibility for the safety of the children.  Children are not allowed in the hall during move-in or move-out.

Q: How can I make hotel reservations for WEFTEC?

Q: What is included in my standard booth package?

Q: What’s not included in my standard booth package?
A: Booth furnishings (carpet, tables, chairs, trashcans) and electricity/utility connections are not included in the standard booth package.

Q: When will I receive an Exhibitor Service Manual?
A: The Exhibitor Service Manual is online in the Exhibition section of the website in the Exhibitor Service Center.

Q: What are the dates of next year’s WEFTEC show?
A: WEFTEC 2011 is scheduled for October 15-19, 2011 at the Los Angeles Convention Center in Los Angeles, California.
